**The Role**:
**What’s the role?**
This role is responsible for the development, maintenance, quality, and accuracy of the QGC Midstream CMMS maintenance build through the accurate processing of change requests and other inputs from across the business.

More specifically, your accountabilities:
- Make changes to the CMMS system data based on approved change requests and other approved inputs.
- Provide support to teams in understanding their responsibilities and ensuring data quality standards are met as part of new asset take on and modifications.
- Prepare bulk data upload files and scrutinize the loaded data for accuracy and correction.
- Analyze change requests to ensure all aspects of the change are appropriately actioned within the CMMS to support safe efficient operations. This includes consideration of operational requirements and constraints when implementing changes.
- Liaise with Shell Technical Asset Operations on offshored project work to ensure quality, timely delivery.
- Support the monitoring of maintenance build quality and initiate corrective actions where applicable.
- Work within specified data standards.
- Coaching and training of other team members.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Safety and maintain HSSE training.
You will thrive in
- Managing multiple priorities originating from different parts of the business.
- Ensuring accuracy of work to avoid poor and or incorrect data entering the CMMS.
- Dealing with large amounts of data, requiring attention to detail.
The role is predominantly Brisbane based however frequent travel to operational sites is required to verify data and meet with key stakeholders.
**What we need from you**
We are keen to speak to professionals with the following:
- Experience with CMMS systems data management
- Maintenance Planning experience advantageous
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering experience desirable
- Ability to read P&ID’s required
- Experience working with document control systems, maintenance systems, procedures & quality standards
- Experienced in the use of Oracle SQL Developer, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data Loading and manipulation techniques
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Good communication skills within a team environment, good written communication skills
- High level of problem-solving skills, good time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with project and field teams to resolve issues
- Knowledge of engineering practices, components and terms required
