**BE THE VERY FIRST FLAGSHIP MANAGER FOR THIS LEADING BRAND**

The Flagship Manager for our client is a people leader and business owner. They lead by example and set high standards for customer experience, constantly searching for new ways to surprise and delight their clients. They understand the capabilities of their team, ensuring they are trained and developed and give feedback to maintain their trajectory.

This is a brand new store and the first for the brand to launch in Brisbane.

**Who they are looking for**:

- A strong retailer with at least 2 years Management experience
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service building a strong network of return clientele and VIP customers
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A leader, you are an inspiring mentor who leads from the front. Consistently training and upskilling your amazing team
- Excellent computer skills, along with a thorough understanding of how to use systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate to various stakeholders, both internal and external
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands
- Experienced with store operations, reporting, rostering, VM and stocktake
- A flexible approach and an ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting necessary deadlines
