We’re seeking a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Administrator to join our highly successful Professional Services Team servicing. Joining us on an initial 9 months contract.

**Your day at NTT**
- Upgrade Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Ivanti Patch, updating the as built and service support manual documentation.
- Review software update configuration in MECM and Ivanti Patch, make recommendations and remediate to automate updates, improve patch compliance, reduce maintenance windows, and to address critical, high and medium vulnerabilities.
- Improvements to GPC’s Windows patch compliance to be consistently above 90%.
- Completion of all assigned changes, service requests and incidents.
- Configure and deploy GPC’s SOE

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Administrator skills.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administrator skills.
- Strong in Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 Administrator skills.
- Skills with Microsoft Azure would be advantageous.
- Be adaptable and able to deal all levels
- Great team player
