**You will be responsible for**:

- Sending invoices to prepare for payment
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Other finance duties include credit card reconciliations and monthly reporting
- Helping us build general systems for scale
- Keeping on top of the company's cash inflow and outflow

**The right person for this role**:

- Has experience in doing bookkeeping
- Has at least 2 years of experience using **XERO**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A welcoming telephone manner
- A strong work ethic and good communication skills
- Enjoys constantly being challenged
- Is highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands
