**What’s the role?**

We are looking for experienced People Leads to lead Junior Talent (Graduates & Interns) in Melbourne

You will coach, mentor and support a group of graduates going through our Grad program. For their Grad year they rotate through four different teams, experiencing different tech stacks and methodologies before deciding what their career path will be. To set them up for success, you’ll focus on helping them set and achieve their technical and professional skills goals throughout the year.

These are high pastoral care programs. You will play an integral role in many aspects including coaching/mentoring, rotation placements, delivering feedback, remuneration processes, and excellent #human leadership for high potential graduates & interns.

We are keen to hear from people who love to help juniors grow and to empower them to do the best work of their lives

**What you’ll bring with you**:

- Previous leadership experience, with a strong passion for for helping people fulfil their potential
- A proactive approach to coaching/mentoring and the career development of your team
- High EQ - _you are self aware, self regulated, motivated and empathetic, with great interpersonal skills_
- Previous exposure to HR, Graduate Recruitment, IT/Technology would be great but not required
