This is a great opportunity to join a hardworking team, in a fast-paced and rewarding position. This role will have you attending various locations around the Sutherland shire including events, markets, shopping centres and small businesses to engage with and educate consumers about the benefits of downloading and using the Shire Rewards app as well as how and why they should upgrade to a paid membership.

- Confident and outgoing. Not afraid to approach people and start a conversation.
- Have a sound knowledge of the Sutherland Shire and is ideally a local resident.
- Loves contributing to team success.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Willing to learn and can take direction/guidance
- Be clean and presentable
- Promotion and or outreach background encouraged to apply.
- Fundraising / Face to Face / Phone Sales experience is highly regarded.

**To be considered for this position, you will be**:

- A Motivated go-getter, with enthusiasm to speak with people
- Over 18 with full working rights in Australia
- Licensed to drive and own your own car to travel to various locations throughout the Shire
- Punctual and committed to a role
- Someone with strong communication skills who can talk to a range of different people.
- Professional and driven.
- Available full-time, Hours vary and will include some weekends

Sales Manager, Sales representative, Kiosk sales, shopping centre sales representative, hospitality, customer service, sales and marketing, hospitality shift leader, door-to-door sales, retail, retail team leader, retail manager, Mall sales, mall hospitality, customer services, direct sales, waiter/waitress experience, customer-facing roles including bar staff, restaurant staff, cafe worker, and chain retail.

Shire Talk is a local media company in the Sutherland Shire who have recently developed a Reward Program called the Shire Rewards App which encourages locals to support local businesses by providing them with first-time offers, ongoing discounts, redeemable rewards and giveaways.
