**Position**

Due to business growth, there is now a fantastic opportunity for a Showroom Sales Consultant to join the motivated team in the Caringbah store.

You'll be based in a showroom/ retail store environment and will have the following responsibilities:

- Use your expertise to assist customers in selecting the best products for their projects
- General customer service & sales
- Prepare quotations for customers
- Develop relationships with clients both trade & retail
- Educate and excite our Clients about our brands and products
- Assist other team members with administrative duties as required
- Assist in product launches and Client events
- Follow-up customer leads
- Develop product knowledge

This is a full-time, retail sales role therefore weekend work is expected. Weekend staff rosters are shared between employees and may include some Saturday or Sunday shifts.

The following attributes would be highly desirable:

- 2+ years' retail or showroom experience from within a trade product environment
- 1+ years' working in a showroom
- Experience with residential or commercial design or construction
- Strong face to face sales skills
- High level of customer service
- Driven and motivated attitude
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work completely autonomously
- Natural rapport builder

With strong written and verbal communication skills you'll pride yourself on being able to nurture and develop strong business to result in prosperity for both client and company. You must be self-motivated and will strive within a company culture that rewards effort and commitment to the team.
