**Position Overview**:
The Field Service team is responsible for new installation, fault finding, preventative maintenance, breakdown recovery and servicing all their machinery across NSW. The team is growing due to additional support required with new and existing customer across NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation of new equipment including supervision of unloading, mechanical installation, electrical field wiring, connection of air and power and starting up.
- Conduct customer training in operation and maintenance.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging machinery.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical problems in industrial equipment.
- Coordinating information with customers to resolve equipment difficulties in the field.
- Collaborate with the installation team to assist in the setup and commissioning of projects.
- Document service activities, including reports on repairs, replacements, and installations.
- Minimum of three years' experience in field service or equipment maintenance in a related industry. Experience working with packaging equipment is preferred.
- Prior experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems in industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of PLC control.
- Proficient in reading mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Trade qualification in mechanical and/or electrical.
