**The Role**:
Are you a clinician with a background in naturopathic practice and strong herbal and nutritional knowledge? Do you have a passion for supporting and empowering fellow practitioners? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team and work with leading brands such as MediHerb, Eagle Clinical, and Eagle.
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and collaborative yet focused Clinical Support Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our Eight Mile Plains office in Brisbane. As a customer facing Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clinically relevant information to a range of healthcare practitioners. You will also be involved in a variety of diverse internal projects, as well as gaining significant exposure to our education, in-house expertise, and training.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist practitioners with clinically relevant treatment options from a broad knowledge base of herbal and nutritional medicine, scientific literature and practice
- Provide a synthesis of clinical, scientific and practical case management support for a range of conditions, herb-drug interactions, regulatory requirements and adverse reactions
- Stay up-to-date with information and support professional growth, as well as deepen your knowledge of our diverse product range
- Develop an ongoing understanding of relevant industry partnerships and product knowledge across the Integria portfolio
- Engage in wider projects as part of a mutually supportive career path environment

**What You'll Bring**:

- 3+ years’ experience working in clinical practice and the practitioner natural healthcare profession
- Qualifications in naturopathy and or Western herbal medicine is essential
- Membership of a relevant professional association
- Excellent clinical assessment skills with the ability to solve complex problems with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and use initiative for continuous improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills focused on collaboration and support with team members, customers and other stakeholders
- Accountable, with an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment whilst adhering to company procedures
- A desire to grow in the professional field
