**Chris Barnard Home Care (CBHC)**
We are a boutique agency specialising in aged care. We are growing but we still know all our members and treat you as our own. We provide home care services throughout the Melbourne Metro areas assisting our clients to remain living in their own homes. We provide assistance with personal care, domestic assistance, transport and shopping, social support and in-home respite. We have ongoing opportunities to fit in with your availability for both qualified and unqualified support workers.

**What we need from you?**
- Documented proof of qualification e.g. Cert III in Individual Support/ Aged Care/Disability or 2nd year Bachelor of Nursing studies (desirable but not essential for all positions)
- Current Influenza Flu vaccination evidence
- COVID-19 Australian Government vaccination certificate - 3 doses
- Current National Police Check (not older than 2 years)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- NDIS screening card or Working With Children’s Check (not essential)
- Current driver's license
- Registered, reliable car with fully comprehensive insurance
- Have a kind and caring nature, understanding and empathetic to individuals needs
- Ability to build rapport easily with clients, have effective communication skills and exceptional customer service
- Working independently you will be reliable, have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to follow guidelines
