**The Role**

As a Sage 300 & Sage Intacct Consultant, you will:

- **Analyze** client business needs to design and deliver tailored ERP solutions.
- **Implement** and configure Sage 300 and Sage Intacct systems to meet client requirements.
- **Provide Training** to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the software.
- **Support** client’s post-implementation, troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
- **Collaborate** with our internal team to develop innovative solutions and maintain client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct discovery sessions and gather detailed client requirements.
- Facilitate data migrations, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Provide documentation and user training sessions.
- Proactively manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

**Who You Are**

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- **Experience** with Sage 300 and/or Sage Intacct implementation and support.
- **Strong understanding** of ERP systems, accounting principles, and business processes.
- **Problem-solving skills** with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
- **Communication skills** to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- **Proven track record** in ERP consulting or system implementation.
- Familiarity with integrations and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
