As a software tester the focus is on the **functional testing** of ‘Miles’. Which is our own-developed ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It’s an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid
- and back-office functions that can be extensively customized to the customers’ needs through configuration.

**Depending on your experience and interest** this can be expanded with integration testing, interface testing, and even automation testing. If you’re interested, you can also assist the customer in their user acceptance testing, load and performance testing and other aspects.

You will be responsible for newly developed functionalities, configurations that were setup for customers, and the different patches and new releases.

Your main tasks will be:

- Defining test scenarios and test cases by reviewing the requirements.
- Executing the different test scenarios.
- Reporting and taking actions depending on the outcomes.

You’ll be part of a **multi-disciplinary team** that works in **an agile way** to deliver solutions to the customers. You’ll be in close contact with the business consultants and developers.

You’ll also be joining our **Testing Community**, which connects all the Software Testers within Sofico worldwide. To learn from each other, by sharing best practices, tips and tricks, is what we are striving for.

**An analytical mindset** is very important so you're able to understand where to look for a specific problem.

You know that **details matter** when performing tests and this is reflected in your documentation towards your colleagues.

What else is expected:

- Experience with structured testing, test techniques and test methodologies.
- Knowledge of databases, mainly Oracle and SQL Server. PostgreSQL is a plus.
- ERP, leasing or mobility knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in **English, **as we are an international and multicultural company.
