**Description**:
**The Role**:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Part time Hospitality Supervisor with leadership experience at our education site in North Sydney

**Roster**: Role 1 - saturday 5:00-10:00, sunday 6:30-14:30/ Role 2 - saturday and sunday 15:30-20:30

**What This Role Involves**:
We are looking for a dedicated Hospitality Supervisors to join our team at Cater Care Australia in North Sydney. As a key member of the gather operations department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service within the school hospitality environment. Responsibilities:

- Supervising and executing operations within the school kitchen and dining room in a hands on manner, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Permanent full time weekday, and part time weekend hours with extra hours available for functions
- Ensuring premium service levels and dining room presentation standards are achieved
- Collaborating with management to implement menu concepts, special dietary requirements, and innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience for students and staff.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment by adhering to hygiene standards and conducting regular equipment checks.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What We Require From You**:

- Proven experience in hospitality or food service industry
- The ability to demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor staff effectively
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Experience in working to tight deadlines and with mínimal supervision
- Understanding of catering for dietary requirements and allergies
