**What to Expect**
As Warehouse Supervisor - Outbound, you will coordinate and supervise the day-to-day outbound operations of our Melbourne Parts Distribution Centre.
Responsible for 11 direct reports, you will lead, mentor, and motivate your staff to meet and exceed warehouse KPI’s, as well as promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be directly responsible for all orders received before cut-off dispatched, in full and without damage. You will also be responsible for helping to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. As a warehouse supervisor, you may also be required to lead other teams as needed.
**What You’ll Do**
- Maintain a safe work and productive work environment
- Contribute to all warehouse KPI targets being met
- Ensure timely and safe dispatching of goods
- Help maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and development
- Help maintain supervision across all warehouse functions
- Proactively manage labour levels to suit work requirements
**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience leading operations teams
- Strong understanding of warehouse functions, processes, and systems
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
- Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges
- Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work
- Licensed and skilled in LF/LO operations preferred
