The office you will be working from is in Melbourne CBD and you will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them - many LXRP employees work flexibly.

In People and Culture, the team’s anchor day is **Wednesday with** the freedom to pick your second office day to suit your schedule. The team is highly collaborative, coming together for P&C team planning days and social events throughout the year.

**Michelle Jory** brings over 14 years’ experience in the industry, with the past year and a half focused on graduate, intern and D&I programs.
