Flexi Support provides qualified Support Workers and Nurses to deliver Aged Care and Disability Services across greater Melbourne (Eastern and South-Eastern suburbs). **About the role**:
Flexi Support is seeking an experienced and professional Rostering Coordinator responsible for the efficient scheduling of support workers for clients. Working as a member of our Rostering Team, the successful applicant will ensure the timely and effective delivery of rostering services to our clients and will be required to liaise with our support workers, clients, and/or their case managers to ensure that our clients receive the support most suited to their needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A driven approach to customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous rostering/scheduling experience and/or customer service experience in the health or home and community services sector (NDIS, TAC, Aged Care). would be highly regarded
- An ability to complete allocated duties in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, as well as excellent prioritisation and judgement practices
- Understand the unique needs of each client with a proactive focus on high need clients and meeting client requirements while being able to handle personal information in a confidential and professional manner
- The ability engage and build relationships within the Rostering Team, Support Workers and clients to ensure effective operation and increase service delivery.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes National Police Clearance), Covid-19 Vaccination

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- rostering/scheduling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
