The Maintenance Planner will develop and maintain stakeholder networks for effective maintenance planning. They will collaborate with Engineering and Operational managers to improve planning processes and seek continuous improvement through reviews. Additionally, they will assist work teams in cost reduction and method improvement while contributing to the design of operational systems.

**_Technical Deliverables:_**
- Plan corrective and routine maintenance jobs.
- Identify and address maintenance and plant reliability issues.
- Maintain compliant equipment records and maintenance plans.
- Support maintenance-related activities such as parts sourcing and contractor coordination.
- Maintain an up-to-date asset register and critical equipment lists.
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of reports/results.

**_Experience/Qualifications:_**
- Mechanical trade background preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of planning or supervisory experience.
- Ability to identify root causes and problem solve.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) such as MEX.
- Results-oriented and self-driven for continuous improvement.
- Estimation skills and experience are a plus.
