Youth Mentor

**About Us**:
Dominion City Church is a new multicultural Kingdom church in Australia, with a vision to raise leaders (kings and priests) who will transform society for good. Although we currently have a small congregation, we are part of a global network that has established churches in many countries. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that fosters spiritual growth and community engagement, especially among the youth.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with youth in various settings to build trust and rapport.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to help youths become better individuals aligned with Christian values.
- Organize and facilitate youth activities, programs, and events that promote spiritual growth and community involvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to reach out to more young people within the community.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that embraces diversity and encourages participation.
- Collaborate with church leaders and other mentors to enhance youth programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the spiritual and personal development of youth through prayer, Bible study, and discussions.
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating Christian values in daily life.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong personal faith and understanding of biblical principles.
- Previous experience in youth mentoring, counseling, or ministry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with youth and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
