**About Dominion City Church**: Dominion City Church is a fast-growing, vibrant, and multicultural Christian ministry that has established a strong presence in several countries. We are a Kingdom-focused church with a divine mandate to raise leaders—kings and priests—who will transform society for the good. Though our Australian branch is new with a small congregation, we are committed to expanding and impacting lives across different suburbs and states in Australia. Our vision is to reach families, youth, and the nation of Australia with the gospel of Jesus Christ, while fostering a sense of community and leadership development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preaching & Teaching**: Lead engaging, Spirit-filled sermons that communicate biblical truths, with a focus on youth, families, and the broader Australian community.
- **Pastoral Care**: Provide pastoral support, counseling, and spiritual guidance to members of the church, helping them grow in their faith and navigate life’s challenges.
- **Discipleship & Leadership Development**: Mentor and disciple new and emerging leaders, equipping them to become transformative figures in their communities.
- **Church Expansion**: Assist in the establishment and growth of new Dominion City Church branches in different suburbs and states across Australia.
- **Community Engagement**: Create initiatives and programs that foster connection with local communities, reaching out to individuals and families with the gospel.
- **Multicultural Integration**: Embrace and promote the church’s multicultural values, ensuring all ethnicities and nationalities feel welcomed and part of the Dominion City family.
- **Youth Ministry**: Lead youth-focused ministries that address the unique spiritual and social needs of young people.
- **Church Administration**: Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop strategies for church growth, outreach, and community service.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in pastoring, preaching, and church leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of the Bible, with an ability to communicate the gospel clearly and powerfully.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to raise and disciple future leaders.
- A heart for missions and community engagement, with a desire to see transformation in individuals and society.
- Passion for working with a multicultural congregation, embracing diversity, and fostering unity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative ministry team.
- Experience in church planting or expansion is a plus.
- Formal theological training (Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher) preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
- Must align with the vision and core values of Dominion City Church.
