**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ, emphasizing biblical principles and Kingdom values.
- Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to church members, with a focus on youth and families.
- Lead and coordinate worship services, prayer meetings, and church events.
- Foster a culture of discipleship, leadership development, and community outreach.
- Engage with and nurture a multicultural congregation, embracing diversity and unity in the body of Christ.
- Support the vision of Dominion City Church to raise leaders who will transform society for good.
- Assist in church growth efforts, including outreach initiatives, community engagement, and member retention.
- Mentor and train emerging leaders within the congregation.
- Collaborate with other church leaders and departments to ensure alignment with the church’s mission and values.
- Be part of the family as we establish and grow, contributing to the church’s vision and mission.

**Qualifications**:

- A deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for the gospel.
- Previous pastoral experience, especially in preaching, teaching, and leading church services.
- Experience in working with youth, families, and multicultural congregations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a heart for community building and discipleship.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and be adaptable to the needs of a growing church.
- A theological degree or equivalent ministry training is preferred.
- Commitment to the vision and mission of Dominion City Church.

Pay: $28.33 - $30.00 per hour
