Reventon Group is seeking a mortgage broker to join our team as a full-time salaried role plus uncapped commission potential (OTE $180k+). As a self-motivated individual who is willing to "go the extra mile," you will have the opportunity to build on existing client relationships and deliver exceptional service to our large existing database and leads generated by the business. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Liaising and presenting with clients face to face and over the phone.
- Understanding customers' needs and objectives to help them achieve their financial goals
- Conversing with customers to help them assess various lending products in the market and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Cultivate referral partnerships with accountants, financial planners, and real estate agents via a robust business development strategy
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Keen-ness to learn and grow further
- Relevant experience in banking and finance services including credit assessment or settlements

- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders

- Certificate IV in Financial Services
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Brokering Management
