**About Us**

As a Disability House Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential homes and ensuring the highest compliances standard of care for our clients.

**About the Role**
The House Coordinator is pivotal to the effective management and operation of Crescent Respite homes. This role ensures compliance with SDA standards, oversees property maintenance, and manages the onboarding process for new clients. Key responsibilities include coordinating the setup of new client accommodations, welcoming clients to the respite homes, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. The House Coordinator works closely with the Team Leader to ensure a seamless transition for clients while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance across all homes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with SDA regulations, including fire safety and emergency protocols.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records to meet SDA standards.
- Oversee daily property maintenance, arrange necessary repairs, and ensure safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, evacuation plans) is in place.
- Develop and maintain inventories and checklists for each property.
- Liaise with service providers for regular property maintenance and repairs.
- Liaise with Team Leaders around actioning new client services to ensure positive intake and commencement of service delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful facilitation of NDIS plans and support client outcomes.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Certificate IV or above in Disability or community services
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
- Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Administration certificate
