**What you will do**
- Picking / packing
- Unloading containers / packing containers.
- Collating and labelling
- Ensure all AFFORD WHS policies and procedures are adhered to
- Any / other duties as requested from you by management from time to time
- Supporting clients in developing life skills and promoting independence
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation Administration

**What you will bring**
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Display a proactive approach to customer service excellence
- Forklift licence is highly advantageous (Not Required)
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a ‘C’ class driver’s license, along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
- Passport, Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
- Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
- Ability to Complete Pre-Employment Medical/Functional Assessment (Paid by Afford)
