Workers Compensation Specialist

An exciting opportunity has become available within the National Safety department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. **This is a permanent full-time role.**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Develop safety reporting, KPI dashboards and complementing insights
- Provide technical guidance and continuous support to senior management and the regional safety teams with respect to WHS and injury management matters
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through consultation, training, and development, which may include occasional interstate travel
- Complete a variety of project tasks on time, on budget, and to a high standard

**Selection Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
- Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities within stores and/or logistics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance conflicting priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and comprehension skills
- Aptitude to learn and execute the following:

- Data, reporting and dashboard development
- Safety and injury management practice
- Safety related project management
- Legislation and policy interpretation
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- This role reports to the Senior Executive Manager - Work Health and Safety.
