**About the Company**

Gain valuable real life experience working with a large NSW government agency providing high level administrative support to ensure effective operation for the agency. Based in Blacktown / WFH on a 6 month contract. ASAP start.

**About the Role**
- Provide financial and administrative services to support the effective operation of the AMU.
- Respond to incoming telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing information and appropriately referring enquiries where required.
- Undertake administrative support duties such as filing and records management, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of manuals and reports, to support the activities of the AMU.
- Undertake SAP related tasks including data entry, raising and receipting of purchase orders and assisting with payment transactions.
- Provide meeting support including preparing agendas, organising venues and catering, and distributing minutes, to contribute to the smooth running of meetings.
- Maintain the TRIM computerised records management system, creating, storing, retrieving and archiving files to contribute to the provision of accurate and timely information for reports, submissions and general advice.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a consistent and high standard of finance and administrative support.
- Experience in using Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and in preparing correspondence and reports as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
