As a group training organisation, registered training organisation and apprenticeship network provider AGA works across many industries and vocations as a specialist provider of apprenticeship and traineeship services.

**About the role**:

- Earn and learn in your own pace but required to complete course within 12 months
- On the job training provided
- Gain a Nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Business
- Mentoring and Support
- Weekly Payment
- Volunteers with the CFA and SES are most welcomed to apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors
- Open to learning information on safety training and emergency management portfolios
- Able to process invoices and bills and manage accounts
- Assist in taking telephone calls from clients
- Assist in general administrative duties

**AGA's requirements are as follows**:

- Complete accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to undertake a Police Check if required
- Up to date with Covid-19 vaccinations
- Genuine interest in Business Administration
- Willing to commit to a 12 month full time Traineeship
