**Location**: Support Office - Docklands, Ravenhall - National DC

In line with our Customer First Strategy and to continue to drive our online success, Myer is opening a new National Distribution Centre (NDC). This “state of the art” facility based in Ravenhall will utilise automated solutions to centrally replenish stock to stores, as well as servicing the fulfilment needs of our online customer.

This position is responsible for managing day to day inventory control and strategic thinking in regards to inventory slotting, promotional periods, cycle counting and obsolete stock. The Inventory Specialist is the first point of contact for the operations team for any on-floor inventory issues, troubleshooting, rectifying problems and escalating where necessary.

**About you**:

- Experience in inventory and planning knowledge within an automated distribution centre
- Experience with managing WMS and RMS systems within a large and busy distribution centre
- Problem-solving experience within an automated environment
- Strong Systems reporting particularly WMS and SQL
- Demonstrated ability to work with new automated technology and implementing inventory systems and structure
- Ideally, 3 years’ experience within an automated distribution centre
