- Our client is a leading ASX listed financial services group and employer of choice with an outstanding culture within the finance function and offering excellent work life balance and flexibility (including hybrid working model - 2 days office/3 days home).
- Due to an internal secondment they have an excellent opportunity for a finance business partner with strong expenses and (ideally) IT finance experience to join the team initially on a 12 month FTC but with the possibility of going permanent for a strong performer.
- Reporting to the Manager, Finance Business Partnering the role will include:
- Provide quality, relevant and insightful analysis on the Expense and FTE financial performance
- Provide management reporting, forecasting and budgeting services
- Deliver standardised reporting, integrated solutions and performance management insights
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers and trends that supports management reporting
- Collaborate with relevant team members and leverage data resources to address the defined requirements
- Undertaking reviews of Project financials and contract renewals
- Lead process improvement projects within the function and support wider F&A projects

Required skills and experience:
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified with minimum of 3 years PQE in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience within a financial services organisation
- Strong analytical capability with background in business analysis, management reporting and / or decision support
- Experience in analysis, executive reporting and an interest in data/financial modelling
- Proven track record in managing relationships effectively
- Understanding of financial and business systems (e.g. TM1, Oracle / PeopleSoft, Cognos)
