The role
Reporting to the Senior Director HR Business Intelligence. Your role will be responsible to provide high level strategic and tactical leadership around HR systems and system administration for HR systems. This includes responsibility for the development of a HR systems roadmap, establishing and maintaining effective systems governance and identifying, prioritising, and implementing system enhancements.
The successful person

**You will have demonstrated**:

- Demonstrated high level ability to conceptualise, develop, communicate, and evaluate new innovative and creative approaches to address complex organisational issues with respect to complex information systems, measurement programs and initiatives (SFIA: BUSA 5).
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment. With experience in negotiating and managing contracts and service level agreements with emphasis on a strong customer focus. (SFIA: SLMO Level 5)
