Interpret parts, process customer orders, dispatch products & parts; be the first point of contact for our customers._

**Motospecs**provides automotive parts solutions to the aftermarket, specialising in transmission, differential, steering, suspension and 4WD parts and accessories. This is achieved through our national branch network which encompasses Drivetech, DT4x4, ATP and approved brands.

We also provide strong value-added service through innovative kit design and assembly. With skilled staff, product management expertise, considerable attention to detail and excellent service, we promise our customers an outstanding experience, every time.

**Duties include**:

- Interpret parts
- Process customer orders
- Efficiently dispatch products and parts
- Promote specials
- Arrange buy ins
- Process customer credits
- First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
- Contribute to a **culture of safety** by putting **safety first**, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Parts interpreting “know how” (your technical parts knowledge)
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Confidence in sharing your ‘know how’ and ability to communicate your knowledge in a way the customer can understand
- Innovate and collaborative approach to work
- Solution focussed / problem solver
- Sound computer skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team
