Seeking an experienced Corporate Services Officer

This high profile, well known company provide professional services to Government, Private firms & Energy utilities. They are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Corporate Services Officer to join their new team

**Your new role**
The Corporate Services Officer role undertakes a range activities. They will provide their expertise and knowledge across a range of activities
- Managing team inbox
- Monitoring compliance of a range of processes and procedures to support operations of the client management desk function
- Providing advice to stakeholders and colleagues using established processes and procedures
- Resolving issues, conducting research and performing high level services
- Contributing to and monitoring information resources e.g. procedures, processes and documents
- Contributing to the development of and monitoring compliance of a range of processes and procedures to support operations of the Company
- Implementing and maintaining administrative system throughout the company

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, with high initiative and good judgement
- Organised and diligent, with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and oversee a versatile workload.
- Be approachable with a can-do attitude.
