With this in mind, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technician to join our Team.

**About the Role**:
As a highly motivated and experienced Technician your role is to maintain, service, support, and install car wash systems and associated equipment. This includes water filters, pumps, conveyors, reverse osmosis units, water softeners, water recycling systems, high-pressure pump units, vacuums, automatic tunnel wash systems, chemical mixing and delivery systems, pneumatic pumps, high-pressure wash systems, and self-serve wash bays. This position also requires general building maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure equipment is maintained to manufacturers standard.
- Willing to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Able to communicate between customers, manufacturer’s and fellow team members.
- Maintain equipment service logs
- Maintain equipment register and manage service documentation
- Manage spare parts stock and work tools
- Proactively identify and carry out preventative maintenance items
- Work on a rotational roster to cover weekend and public holiday breakdowns.
- Accurately order parts and equipment as needed using correct procedures.
- A strong focus on working safely.
- Ability to correctly prioritise workload to ensure equipment up-time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Electrical trade qualification
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to ensure first time fix rates.
- Moderate to heavy lifting, lowering, pulling and pushing in different weather conditions
- Must be physically fit and willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to problem solve
- Basic Welding, Mechanical, Plumbing are an advantage
- Willing to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
- EWP license preferred but not essential, however would be willing to undertake the training working towards these licensing requirements.
- Have a full drivers licence.
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Hydraulic and pneumatic experience desirable

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Service technician: 2 years (preferred)
