THE OPPORTUNITY

As National Quality Framework Specialist, you will share your expertise and knowledge of the National Quality Framework with our service delivery team to help elevate service levels across a broad portfolio. This role is key to ensuring organisational principles of quality and compliance with the CA Governance Framework are adhered to, including obligations under the National Quality Framework, Child Protection and other relevant legislation.

Key activities include:

- Auditing of service level compliance to identify gaps and providing support in the ongoing understanding of compliance - in person and remotely
- Preparation and attendance during Assessment & Rating to support Educators in continuous improvement
- Development of resources and tools that improve the quality of service operations

Your operational experience in a childcare setting will be the foundation for your success in this role. It is important that you have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
