**The Role**
BGIS are seeking a mobile **Handyperson **_, _**to complete planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests across multiple key contracts for BGIS.

This role is based out of **Adelaide, SA**

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an **Australian Citizen.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operation and maintenance for the site
- Complete Paintwork across our sites (desirable experience)
- Repair counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building frameworks, and trims
- Maintaining of decks, skirting, door locks and hanging of doors
- Complete daily Inspections and report writing
- General maintenance work such as gutter cleans and handywork
- Working With Children Check (desirable)

**Skills & Experience**
- Painter (desirable)
- Building Qualification and WHS Construction White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Australian Citizenship
- Strong knowledge of the building industry and an experience in quoting
- Comfortable ability to utilise a work laptop/phone
