An innovative and market leading international organisation with a strong and growing presence in Australia, our client is reshaping their Talent Acquisition strategy to enhance business performance. Led by a passionate and highly capable TA professional, the newly formed team is delivering great wins to the business, and now seeks a dedicated and specialised Strategic Sourcing Partner to further elevate the function.
With a focused remit, as the Strategic Sourcing Partner you will draw on your specific and extensive strategic sourcing experience to support hiring managers, business leaders and TA colleagues. With exceptional service delivery, you will:
- Research, approach, assess and shortlist talent for hard to fill positions;
- Build aligned talent pools and talent pool relationship management;
- Consult on, and develop innovative sourcing and advertising channels and approaches;
- Partner TA colleagues and provide client stakeholders with market intelligence;
- Assess and implement appropriate tools, systems and processes to deliver pro-active solutions;
- Contribute to and drive other talent acquisition priorities;
As a creative, solution oriented and outcome focused sourcing professional you relish challenges, collaborate well and are motivated and self-driven when working autonomously. With technical savvy, you seek opportunities to stay up to date with ongoing developments in systems and processes that will make you even better at your role. You continuously refine your approach where appropriate and are customer centric and relationship driven. Experience building enduring relationships is second nature and working with technical professionals across engineering, project management, logistics, IT and related disciplines is highly desirable but not essential.
