**Your next career opportunity**:
As a Research Due Diligence Officer, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding the University's research partnerships and reputation. You'll assess and manage risks related to research collaborations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the University's global research excellence. This role offers you the opportunity to develop expertise in risk management, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic research environment.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Conduct Due Diligence Assessments**:Prepare counterparty due diligence reports and briefing documents to support executive decision-making.
- **Implement Compliance Processes**:Develop and monitor processes to meet compliance obligations, particularly for the Foreign Arrangements Scheme.
- **Deliver Training and Support**:Develop and deliver training to staff on research due diligence and risk management.
- **Contribute to Policy Development**:Assist in developing and implementing due diligence and risk management processes and policies.

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills, passionate about supporting research integrity and managing complex stakeholder relationships in a dynamic academic environment.

- Have tertiary qualifications related to international relations and current affairs.

- Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex information effectively.
