**What are some of the things you will be responsible for?**
- Managing a portfolio of 250 commercial properties from Industrial, Retail & Office Space
- Managing & onboarding new tenancies
- Completion of ingoing & outgoing property condition reports
- Manage landlord & tenant obligations as per the terms of the lease
- Drive activity with Landlords in emergency situations
- Ensure payment of relevant lease expenses in a timely manner - including outgoings, statutory costs, insurance and any other costs payable under the lease
- Managing Maintenance, arreas, rental reviews
- Marketing of properties
- Strong compliance with all relevant legislation knowledge - understanding commercial asset class fundamentals, including comprehension of essential Lease provisions
This position reports into our Director of Commercial and works closely with Sales & Leasing Agents
**Some of the things you need to bring**:
- 3+ year experience in Commercial Asset Management
- Real estate Licence
- Excellent knowledge Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Property Management Platforms - MRI, Re-released, REST
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders.
- Positive, can do, work hard attitude
- You must live on the Northern Beaches and have complete understanding of our area & market
- Knowledge of Retail Leasing Legislations
