Accounts Payable Officer | Permanent | Northern Beaches | $60k plus super

**Your new company**
A well-established bookkeeping company.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will manage the Accounts Payable function for all clients.

Your responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

- Input invoices on a weekly basis ensuring appropriate approval,
- Input monthly store expenses, Identify suppliers needs to provide weekly and monthly statements,
- Accurately undertake balance sheet reconciliations relating to AP,
- Manage and process the weekly supplier runs for each client,
- Uploading data and configuring weekly sales reports to be sent out to owners.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience managing AP processes
- Experience working in a high-volume business, working with numerous suppliers
- Thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable and general ledger systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
