Team Lead for the platforms and cloud group. This role is responsible for leading & managing the team that support the Organisation hybrid cloud environment. A broad range of technical skills are required, both in Azure PaaS & SaaS and the software environment deployed in the Organisation.
- Team leadership and resource management for the End User Services team
- Incident/Service Request Management, Monitoring and Event Management
- Standard Operating Environment (SOE) administration and management
- SCOM, SCCM, SCSM administration and management
- Citrix administration and management
- Packaging, scripting, and programming skills are an advantage to the role
- Operational Cyber Security Management - antivirus, whitelisting and general operational security would be advantageous
- Technical Documentation development experience
- Disaster Recovery and Redundancy Management

**Eligibilty**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
