Cafe All-rounder needed

The Fresh Connection in the Hobart’s CBD is looking for an energetic hospitality focused all-rounder to work the morning shift.
- 5 days a week
- 25h Min 38h Max

This role revolves around working the morning shift, setting up the sandwich and salad area, serving customers and making coffee for breakfast and lunch service. Once trained up you will been able you move between different areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage, acknowledge and communicate with both dine in and take away customers.
- Prepare/make sandwiches and roles/wraps for both dine in and take away customers.
- Set up/make sandwiches/roles/wraps for salad sandwich area cabinets to be ready for Breakfast and lunch service.
- Take customer orders, assist customers with their needs and requests at any time.
- Assist/make coffee and any hot and cold beverages for both dine in and take away customers.
- Assist/prepare to serve, hot and cold food options for both dine in and takeaway customers as per each service area.

Need to be
- Well organised and have excellent time management skills
- Able to work in high a volume environment, including coffee making skills
- Can work autonomously and part of a team
- Have good customer service communication skills

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.14 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hobart, TAS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Coffee: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
