**About the Role**

You’ll be part of a friendly, close-knit team that makes everything in-house, from weighing and baking to packing and shipping. The work is varied, physical, and rewarding, with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.

You’ll be trained across all areas of production, including:

- Mixing and baking muesli and snack bars
- Operating light food production equipment
- Packing and dispatching finished products
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assisting with basic computer and production record-keeping

**What We’re Looking For**
- Someone who wants to build a long-term career with us, not just a short-term job
- Reliable, practical, and takes pride in doing quality work
- Willing to learn and take direction, attitude is as important as experience
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting 20-25kg bags of ingredients
- Local to the Richmond/Hawkesbury area or nearby suburbs
- Any experience or interest in baking, food production, or operations is a bonus

This is **not a short-term or student placement**.

**Details**
- Hours: 30-38 hours per week (day shifts, Mon-Fri, approx. 7am-3pm)
- Immediate start available
- Long-term opportunity with scope to grow into senior production or operational roles
