BestaCare Disability Support Services is seeking experienced, compassionate and skilled **NDIS Support Workers** to join our dedicated team. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in providing quality care and support to people with disabilities, ensuring they achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility
- Develop and implement individual care plans in line with NDIS goals
- Provide emotional support and promote client independence
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and support teams

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience working with NDIS participants 2+ years
- Current Driver’s license
- Capable of cleaning and cooking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check

Pay: $23.47 - $51.66 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
