Here at Cality Care, we are dedicated to supporting our clients in achieving their goals and living their lives as independently as possible. We are currently seeking Support workers experienced with Dementia associated with Challenging Behaviours.
Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings : 1700-2000PM ongoing
**About the role**:
This role will include supporting our clients in their homes and in the community to meet their daily needs and increase quality of life. Duties include companionship, personal care, domestic assistance, manual handling, social support and community access.
**Required**:
- **Australian Driver’s License and reliable car**:
- **Current NDIS Workers check or Blue card/Police Check**:
- **Recent work-related references**

- Weekend availability
