**Join the team**
We’re seeking a detail-driven **Contracts Analyst** to play a key role in shaping our procurement success. In this role, you’ll prepare and monitor procurement contracts, ensuring they align with organisational objectives, legal requirements, and compliance standards. You’ll contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement projects while supporting supplier performance management through insightful analysis and reporting.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Ensure relevant due diligence is completed prior to seeking contract approval.
- Identify and communicate potential risks, inconsistencies, or non-compliance issues in draft and active contracts.
- Maintain and update contract databases and repositories to ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
- Administer contract execution, contract variations, extensions, and terminations.
- Analyse spend data, prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to provide insights on contract performance, risks, and compliance.
- Monitor and report supplier/contract performance against contract obligations and KPIs.
- Assist in dispute resolution and contract close-out processes.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance contract governance and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to contract management.
**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in contract administration or procurement support roles.
- Practical understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Organisational and time management skills to manage competing deadlines.
- Agility to adapt to various goods and services category requirements.
- Customer-focused, curious, self-motivated.
