Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner - Technology role provides finance partnering support to Technology functions, providing strong commercial insight and understanding of cost, budget, forecast and financial performance, with the aim to facilitate and influence decision making and support continuous growth. In addition, the role also contributes to continuous improvement and acts as a catalyst for improving reporting and business processes.

**How will I help?**
- Partner with Technology leaders, in managing the technology operations through providing exceptional financial advice and acting as trusted business advisor
- Provide monthly management reporting and insights, forecasts, risks and opportunities and all associated commentary and insights
- Oversee the delivery of accurate and complete financial results, including overseeing month end close, and supporting and educating business stakeholders on finance policies and procedures
- Providing commercial and financial understanding to business stakeholders, and present information in a way to facilitate and influence decision making to drive optimal financial business performance
- Support the delivery of forecast and annual operating plan as part of the 3-year annual planning process - includes leading the collation, analysis and providing information to support throughout preparation process, as well as managing the accurate submission into the finance system
- Manage regular forecasts and leverage knowledge and relationships to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Contribute to the development and assessment of business cases and financial models
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including a strong understanding of key activities and drivers.

You should have a proven track record of building trusted relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes. Strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and exceptional analytical skills are vital, alongside the ability to synthesise complex business outcomes.
