**About the role**

We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketer, who can take ownership of all digital marketing channels to execute campaigns for promotions and events held across Parra Leagues Club's venues.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will bring extensive experience in the digital marketing space, campaign-management, and proven stakeholder engagement skills.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Campaign planning and channel management across paid advertising, social media, SEO and content
- Managing the digital marketing budget alongside the Head of Marketing
- Website management for all PLC Group sites
- Manage external creative agencies, developing and delivering clear briefs.
- Campaign reporting and developing business cases for new promotions to achieve target ROI
- Engaging with key stakeholders including Gaming, Food & Beverage, Operations, Rostering to deliver marketing campaigns

**About you**:

- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Strong experience in digital marketing platforms including WordPress and Google Analytics
- Excellent project management skills, familiar with project management tools such as Click-up, Trello, Asana
- Willing to work outside normal hours to attend social functions, events, related meetings
- Driver’s licence and car
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products - advanced Excel
- RSA Certificate & RCG Certificate (or willing to obtain)
