With a focus on coordinating the service technicians and clients to perform onsite works as required, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely payment resolution and process improvements, while providing insightful reporting and support company performance.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Coordinate and validate service technician timesheets for accurate billing
- Prepare written service/repair quotes for customers
- Request quotes from preferred suppliers for replacement parts
- Reconcile daily technician reports to streamline service invoicing
- Submit service requests for technicians to attend to customers
- Submit comprehensive service reports to update customers
- Submit accurate and timely invoices to customers
