**We are looking for Assistant Store Managers right now**
- As an assistant you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction.
- You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.

**Do you have what it takes to join our crew?**
- As an Assistant, you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have demonstrated management experience and leading a team in the hospitality or retail industry and strong communication and people skills, demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the crew to be at their best every day and be committed to continuous improvement whilst always championing the customer experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the basics of employee relations, such as interpreting awards will be highly regarded.
