We seek to engag an experienced Database Administrator. You will focus on maintaining and sustaining our database environment, including on-premises and cloud hosted.

We are looking for a skilled resource that will play a key role in ensuring DBA project deliverables are met. You will have the ability to work across multiple work packages both on a project and a business-as-usual team.

**Requirements**:
**Essential criteria**

1. Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related field and/or equivalent experience as a database administrator (8+ years).

2. Experience administering SQL Server, from legacy SQL Server 2012 to all versions of SQL Server in the Azure cloud.

3. TSQL and powershell scripting experience

4. Experience with on-premises high availability clusters

5. Experience decommissioning legacy SQL Server 2012 servers and Experience migrating databases between different versions of SQL Server

6. Experience with Commvault backup and restore

**Desirable criteria**

1. Experience with SAS Grid or SAS Viya
