**About the Role**:
As a Personal Care Worker at **St. Louis Nursing Home**, you will be helping St Louis’ residents to live a better-quality life, assisting with daily living activities including all aspects of personal care, and social activities with a focus on keeping clients as involved as possible.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Genuine commitment to the care and respect for the elderly residents
- Previous experience working in an Aged Care facility or other health related role
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player and interpersonal skills

Essentials:

- Reliability and flexibility to work for casual shift hours over a 7-day period
- Covid-19 and Flu Vaccinations and ongoing boosters are a requirement
- National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)

Qualifications / Experience:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Knowledge of compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
